These services may be billed hourly or monthly depending on the level of participation required.

Contingency Search

A contingency search is a recruitment strategy where an agency is only paid upon successfully placing a candidate. This approach allows clients to engage our services with minimal financial risk, as fees are incurred only when a hire is made. As an agency, we offer extensive market knowledge, a vast network of qualified candidates, and a tailored search process to meet your specific needs. Upon successfully placing a candidate, we charge a fee ranging from 20 to 30% of the placed candidate's first year's salary, payable 90 days after the candidate's start date.

Performance Based Contracts

Performance based contracts are used when a candidate is placed who is paid solely on commission. These fees, typically ranging from 20-30%, are calculated based on the candidate's-home pay within the first year. Our approach ensures that both candidates and employers are aligned in achieving success, as the fees are directly linked to the candidate's contributions and performance. We believe this model fosters a strong partnership and encourages sustained excellence.
